For time:
50 Back squats (135/95lb)
40 Pull-ups
30 Shoulder-to-overhead (135/95lb)
50 Front squats (85/65lb)
40 Pull-ups
30 Shoulder-to-overhead (85/65lb)
50 Overhead squats (65/45lb)
40 Pull-ups
30 Shoulder-to-overhead (65/45lb)
Session Notes
This thing is a killer! If you just add up the reps you’re looking at 150 weighted squats, 120 pull-ups and 90 shoulder-to-overhead if you make it within the time cap. This is one of those workouts you’re really only going to want to do one time and then put it away for the rest of the year.
