Tomorrow (Sunday) between 9am and 12pm, we will be doing Open Workout 13.1. If you haven’t done it yet or if you would like to do it again, this is your chance. Yea burpees! If you did not register for the Open, there is still time. Click HERE to do so, and also to submit your score if you are already registered. CompeteLegendary Competitor. I talked to a couple of people last night who said doing this first Open Workout got them interested in trying a local CrossFit competition. We are fortunate to have so many opportunities for this in our area. Legendary Competitor puts on great events and it’s always fun to have as many CFCMers participate as possible. There are all different levels, so it’s a great place to start. We typically go out for dinner and drinks afterward too, so it’s a full day of fun!
Nom Nom (aka. Eat)Easy Shredded Pork Over Caramelized Mashed Plantains by PaleOMG. I haven’t tried this, but I love cooking pork in the crock pot cuz it’s easy and delicious, and I love plantains, so I’m definitely giving this one a try. Who wants to come over for dinner?!
