Workout of the Day
Tabata This:
6x 20/10sec intervals
Shuttle Sprints
1min Rest
Lunges
1min Rest
Push-ups
1min Rest
Sit-ups

Session Notes
Today’s Tabata session was setup to funnel a boatload of people through an interval workout. With the looming 11am Broga event we had to ensure that we could facilitate 100 people in the gym at the same time, this doesn’t mean that we sacrificed the opportunity to get in a good workout. As we so often do, we’ll quote CrossFit Founder and CEO Greg Glassman here, “There are no bad intervals, only weak efforts.” So if you gave this thing all you had today you came away with a great workout.

This should have also given you a feel for what it’s like when a gym sells a groupon and is forced to sacrifice their programming to facilitate a huge volume of new clients. Know that we will never do this at CFCM. Days like this are great for the community once in a while, but for the other 30 days in the month, we must focus more intently on a small group, on high quality movement and improvement, this is our focus.
