This Saturday and Sunday we are closing the gym but fear not, we are having off site WODs both days.
Saturday, June 16th – Park WOD at Victoria Park (More info TBA)
Sunday, June 17th – Beach WOD in Newport (More info TBA)
Jake and Jason Send Off “Jakeson”
Join us this Friday as we send Jake and Jason off by celebrating their endeavors with a special workout they created called “Jakeson”. This will be the Workout of the Day for all classes but after the 6pm class we are all gathering in the gym for a potluck/party. Bring food and beer and help us send them off right.
As you all know we are remodeling the gym this weekend but we need volunteers who are willing to help as much as they can. If your interested in helping please email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) or sign up on the sheet by the events board. Also any kid toys that you would like to donate please put in the kids room. Thank you.
