Throwback Throwdown For Kevin Ogar–Hey guys! It’s still a little ways off (Sunday, April 13th), but a fundraiser CrossFit Competition is being held at CFCM, and all the money raised (from athlete registrations and donations) will go towards Kevin’s recovery. It looks like it’s going to be a fun and challenging event (all 3 workouts are from the 2007 CrossFit Games).
