Box Jumps Be Damned!
March Challenge: Small Goals
It’s high time we start setting some public goals around the gym, that’s why I’m challenging everyone in March to set a small goal and smash the hell out of it. I want EVERYONE, all of our members, to jot something down on the whiteboard, and overcome it before the month comes to a close. Think hard about this though, and be honest with yourself. You’re not going to add 500lbs to your CrossFit Total in a month. Think about the skill based movements we do, like a kipping pull-up or double-unders. How about box jumps or a muscle-up?
To kick things off, even before the month of March starts, we’ve already had two people overcome something huge, something they’ve been working on for a long time. In the last 24 hours, both Maria AND Carmen nailed an 18 inch box jump. BAM!
