I was raised and have spent my entire life competing, starting with martial arts and gymnastics when I was seven. I began wrestling and playing football through middle school and played football, wrestled, and lacrosse at La Costa Canyon High School. My last year of high school I begin using my skillset to compete in fighting and spent the next 2 years training and fighting. A huge part of my strength and conditioning program for fighting was crossfit and weightlifting, and it was through this that I fell in love with both of these amazing sports.
I was never the best at anything naturally and have never had anything given to me so hard work was second nature to me and I absolutely loved the fact that crossfit was a purely results based sport. It is such a unique sport because of the fact that however hard you work is directly correspondent with how successful you will be in the sport. I have always thrived in a competitive atmosphere and am I natural born competitor, I don’t care what it is I want to be the best at it and win everything. I have never been the fastest, strongest or most talented and never will be but one thing I can guarantee is that no one will ever out work me.
I bring the same tenacity that I have for my own goals, to my athletes goals. I love to coach and help others reach there their own fitness goals. There is nothing more rewarding to me than the look on my athletes face when they achieve something that they never thought was possible.
