Notes–I’m surprised that I actually liked this workout more than I expected. I’m diggin’ these mini AMRAP’s with a little rest in between. They allow us to sprint a bit more and it’s a good challenge to try to match our reps each round. Were you able to hit the same numbers? or did you die by the time you got to the 5th round? I didn’t die, but I missed a couple of my snatches and realized that I had to be very focused each time I went for the lift, because it was heavy for me. I’m learning that I can push a little harder with heavy weight these days, rather than resting a while between each lift out of fear of missing. So that’s that! And… one more day of the squat challenge… Hallelujah!
