CFCM Youth Strength & Conditioning

We are excited to announce that we will be starting back up our kids strength and conditioning program.  It will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 4pm.

Our goal is to provide a fun and safe environment where children can find joy in moving and staying healthy. The program will primarily consist of body weight movements, gymnastics, plyometrics, conditioning and some light weights.
